Franchise · Cincinnati, OH

A brand-new franchise territory, taken to #1 on the map in one summer.

A new Kontota location opened into a market of groomers with years of reviews. We ran the local launch program: Google profile, local content, reviews, Local Services Ads and weekly map scans, all reported to the owners and the franchisor in one portal.

Where they started
  • A new territory with almost no footprint: 215 profile impressions, 26 website clicks and 9 calls in the 90 days before the program, and zero reviews.
  • Mid-pack on the map. An average grid rank of 3.45 for the core search, visible on about half the grid.
  • Local Services Ads had launched but call volume was sliding from 2 to 4 a day down to 1 or 2.
What we built
  1. Jun 2026
    Local Services Ads, retuned

Rebuilt the territory and budget settings with the owners, walked them through it on video, then scaled spend as lead quality held.

  2. Jul 2026
    Location launch program

Google profile build-out and weekly posting, local blog content written for Cincinnati pet owners, and a review request after every visit.

  3. Jul 2026
    Weekly map scans

A 169-point grid scan across the territory every week, so the owners can see exactly where they win and where they don't yet.

  4. Sep 2026
    Owner and franchisor reporting

One monthly report for the location, rolled up into the franchisor's system view.

What changed
  • #1 at 160 of 169 grid points for "mobile dog groomers" by Sep 21, 2026, and 100% share of local visibility.
  • Organic estimate requests in the CRM grew month over month: 5 in June, 22 in July, 65 in August.
  • Local Services Ads scaled to 153 leads in September at about $17 each, as the owners raised the budget.
  • Harder, broader terms like "dog groomers" moved from 16.4 to roughly 8 on average. Still climbing.
What's next

Push the broader "dog groomers" terms into the top three and roll the same launch playbook to the next territories.

In their words

We were using a different company and they didn't have a clear strategy. Once we started talking to you guys and had a clear, month-by-month strategy, we're definitely seeing an uptick in all aspects, across the board. … It's a very thoughtful plan. It's pretty strategic, actually. Highly recommend your services, for sure.
